Export a Procore Company Record to MYOB Advanced Construction

Objective

To export a company record from Procore's Company Directory tool to create a vendor record in MYOB Advanced Construction.

Background

If your company has enabled the ERP Integrations tool on a project, you can export the vendor/company records in the Company Directory to your integrated ERP system. After creating a record, you must send it to the ERP Integrations tool where it must then be accepted for export by an accounting approver. This article details the export process. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' on the company's ERP Integrations tool.
      AND
    • The person's account must be granted the 'Can Push to Accounting' privilege in the Company Directory.
      Note: To submit a request to be granted this privilege, your company's Procore Administrator must submit request to your Procore point of contact. This privilege can only be granted to individuals by Procore.

    • Procore does NOT support the import or export of users and contacts. 

Steps

There are three steps you need to take to export a vendor/company record to your integrated ERP system:

  1. Add a Company in the Project Directory or Add a Company in the Company Directory
  2. Send a Procore Company to ERP Integrations for Accounting Acceptance
