Add a Company to the Project Level Directory (iOS)
Objective
To add a company to the Project Level Directory using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions
- When you add a new company to the Project Directory, that company is also added to the Company level Directory tool.
- You can configure what items are created with the quick create
icon, see Configure Quick Create Settings.

This action can be performed in offline mode. Tasks performed in offline mode sync with Procore once a network connection is reestablished.
Steps
Import a Company from your Mobile Device
- Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device and select a project.
- Tap the quick create
icon and select Company.
OR
Tap the Directory tool and tap the create
icon. Then select Add Company.
- Tap Import from Contacts.
- Tap the desired existing company or contact.
Note: This is a contact stored locally to your device.
- Tap into a field to add or edit the relevant information.
- Tap Create to add the company to the project's Directory.
Tip
If required fields are empty, click Fix Errors to go to the first empty field. Click Next Field or Previous Field to view other empty required fields.
After the required fields have been entered, you will be able to create or save the form.
Manually Add a New Company
- Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device and select a project.
- Tap the quick create
icon and select Company.
OR
Tap the Directory tool and tap the create
icon. Then select Add Company.
- Tap Create a New Company.
- Tap into a field to add the relevant information:
Note: 'Company Name' is a required field.
- Tap Create to save the company to the project's Directory.
Tip
If required fields are empty, click Fix Errors to go to the first empty field. Click Next Field or Previous Field to view other empty required fields.
After the required fields have been entered, you will be able to create or save the form.
