View Items Associated with a Location (iOS)

Objective

To view items associated with a location in the Locations tool.

Background

The Locations tool on Procore's iOS app allows you to view locations for the project along with items associated with those locations. 

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the tools you want to view items for.
    Note: For example, in order to view observations associated with the location, you would need 'Read Only' or higher permissions on the project's Observations tool.
• Additional Information:
  • To view a list of actions that can be performed from a location, see the tutorials for Locations (iOS).
  • You can only view the items that you have permissions to view in Procore.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Locations tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
2. Scan a QR code. See Scan a QR Code in the Locations Tool (iOS).
   OR
   Tap the location.

    Tip

   Tap the expand arrow  next to a location to see the sub locations.
3. If prompted, tap View Details.
4. Tap the tool to see the respective items. Tools available include the following:
   • Defect List
   • Observations
   • Incidents
   • Inspections
   • Action Plans
   • RFIs
   • Submittals
   • Photos
   • Correspondence
5. Tap an item to view its details.
