Below are notable changes for the Procore web application for the month of March 2025.
Apps are now easier to locate in your embedded app menu. Previously, apps weren't sorted in a logical order. With this enhancement, apps are now sorted alphabetically. See Launch an Embedded App in a Project.
Procore has improved the new Locations experience by enhancing the user interface. Easily organise locations by dragging and dropping, view locations more clearly with pins turned off by default, and access new informational tool tips to help you understand how to better leverage Locations capabilities. See Generate Locations from Drawings and Edit Tiered Locations.
Visual improvements and new toggle options are available in the proposal tab of the Estimating tool. With these enhancements, users can toggle the ‘Accepted by’ and ‘Date’ fields, show assembly line items, show individual alternate groups and items, create new customers and contacts directly, and enjoy persistent visibility of selected customer information after refreshing the page. See Edit a Proposal with the Proposal Builder.
Procore has removed the limit of five after-tax adjustments in the Estimating tool, enhancing flexibility for users. This enhancement introduces a simple form for straightforward markup entry, making the process intuitive and setting the stage for future enhancements. See Add Adjustments to an Estimate and Edit an Estimate.

The Correspondence list view page has a modernised user experience with new filter and column options for interested customers. Reach out to your Procore point of contact to enable the Correspondence List View open beta and make use of the following features:
A new status is now available for RFIs that enhances the ability to gain insight into your project data with granularity and accuracy. The 'Closed-Draft' status is automatically assigned to RFIs when they are closed directly from a 'Draft' state. When you reopen a 'Closed-Draft' RFI, it will automatically shift back to 'Draft' status. The 'Closed-Draft' status is only applied in this scenario, and can't be manually assigned to an RFI.
The modernised RFIs list view is gradually moving from Open Beta to Generally Available over a period of two weeks. Enjoy enhanced filtering and sorting capabilities, as well as a more consistent and optimised experience when viewing your RFIs list in Procore.
Procore has integrated employees programd through Resource Planning into the Timesheets creation process. When creating timesheets for people with resource assignments, their start and stop times are automatically filled in based on their assignment in Resource Planning. See Create a Timesheet.
