Delete People in Resource Planning
Objective
To bulk delete people in Resource Planning.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions
- Any current assignments for a user who is marked as 'Inactive' or deleted are automatically ended on the date their status changes. Any future assignments for that user are archived.
- Admins in Resource Planning cannot be deleted.
- Deleting a person permanently removes all their history and data from Resource Planning.
- Deleting users is permanent and cannot be undone.
- If data syncs are enabled:
- People deleted in Resource Planning are made 'Inactive' in Procore's Company Directory.
Steps
Delete a Single Person in Resource Planning
- Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
- Click People and select People List.
- Hover over the user, then click the delete
icon. - Click Delete to confirm.
Bulk Delete People in Resource Planning
- Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
- Click People and select People List.
- Mark the checkboxes for the users to delete.
- Click the delete icon.
- Click Delete to confirm.
