Edit a Timecard Entry


To edit a timecard entry in the Company level Timecard tool.

Things to Consider

  • To edit timecard entries for all users in your company: 
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Timecard tool.
  • To edit your own timecard entry: 
    • 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the Company level Timecard tool.


  1. Navigate to the Company level Timecard tool.
  2. Choose the person you would like to edit a timecard entry for.
  3. Choose the pay period of the timecard entry you would like to edit.
  4. Click into any of the fields with a blue caret in the top right corner.

  5. Modify the desired information.
    The changes will be automatically saved.
