Procore customers using COMPASS by Bespoke Metrics can seamlessly view COMPASS qualification data and invite companies to tender on their project in the Tendering tool. If your company does not have a COMPASS account, you can still view the COMPASS QScore, as well as Procore project data for companies listed in the Procore Construction Network.
You can view qualification information when adding tenderers from the Enhanced Tender Management experience.

When adding tenderers from the Procore Construction Network, relevant COMPASS information is visible in the Qualifications tab, when viewing the company's details. You can also filter by Qualification information. See Search and Filter Companies to Add to a Tender Form.
When adding tenderers from your Directory, relevant COMPASS information is visible in the Qualifications tab, when viewing the company's details. COMPASS subscribers can see this data if the company has been added to your Company level Directory with a matching company name, address, and EIN. When adding tenderers in Procore, clicking a company name reveals company data in three categories:
Overview: General business information from the Procore Construction Network, including office locations, union status, certifications, trades, and licences. This information comes from either the company's Procore Construction Network profile or, if available, directly from their COMPASS profile.

COMPASS subscribers can also see this data when adding tenderers from your Directory if the company's EIN number is in your Directory. Follow steps below.
Some. Users can view information in the Overview and Procore Activity tabs, as well as the QScore in the Qualifications tab.
If you cannot see COMPASS data when adding tenderers from your Directory, the EIN likely hasn't been added to the company record in your Company level Directory.
For companies already in your Directory, COMPASS data syncs automatically when key information matches. To enable this sync, ensure the information aligns by following the steps below.
Variation vs Contracts Rate is a percentage that represents the contractor's average change in price from the original contract based on variations. The percentage displayed in the application corresponds to all projects known to Procore that this vendor was on in the past three years.
All businesses listed on the Procore Construction Network include relevant information about the business and the trades and services they provide.
