Objective

To check the status of a tender that you've submitted.

Background

If you were invited to tender on a project and submitted the winning tender, the project owner will award the tender and convert it to a purchase order or subcontract. Typically, the project owner will also send you an email notification with the subject line, 'Awarded Contract'.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Tendering tool.
• Additional Information:
  • If you have been awarded the contract, you will receive an automated email notification with the subject line: 'Awarded Contract'. See Approve and Sign a Commitment Contract.

Prerequisites

• You must complete the steps in Submit a Tender.

Steps

1. Open the 'Awarded Contract' notification in your email.
2. Click the View This Contract link.
