View an Incident
Objective
To view an incident in the project's Incidents tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- To view an incident not marked 'Private', 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Incidents tool.
Steps
- Navigate to the project's Incidents tool.
- Click View next to the incident you want to view.
- Click the General tab to view general information about the incident, including any of its records and witness statements.
- Click the Related Items tab to see a list of items that were added as related items to the incident. See Add a Related Item to an Incident.
- Click the Emails tab to view a list of the emails that were created from the incident. See Email Incidents.
- Admin Only. Click the Change History tab to view a list of changes made to the incident.
