Close an Inspection

Objective

To close an inspection from the project.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • To close any inspection on the project, 'Admin' level permissions on the Project level Inspections tool.
  • To close inspections that you created, 'Standard' level permissions on the Project level Inspections tool. 
• Additional Information:
  • Important! Reopening an inspection that was previously marked as 'Closed' will delete the item's signatures.

Prerequisites

• Create a Project Level Inspection

Steps​

1. Navigate to the Project level Inspections tool.
2. Click View next to the inspection you want to close. 
3. Click the vertical ellipsis  and select Close.
4. Click Confirm.
