Analyse Photos with Assist

Analysing worksite photos with Assist helps project and safety managers quickly summarise progress and assess safety hazards, saving time and improving communication with stakeholders.

• Trust but verify: Review the created content for accuracy and follow these guidelines when using Procore AI. 

Steps

1. Navigate to the Photos tool for your project.
2. Browse your photo gallery.
3. Use the checkboxes to select multiple images (up to 40 per page).
   Tip: If you move between pages, your selections are saved, but there’s no visual indicator for selections from previous pages.
4. Next to the Bulk Actions menu, click the Analyse with Assist drop-down menu.
5. Choose from the following options:
   • Progress Summary
   • Safety Summary
6. In the Assist sidepanel, click the send  icon.
7. Review the generated summaries:
   • Progress Summary: A concise overview of visible work completed or ongoing in the selected images.
   • Safety Summary: Highlights visible hazards, PPE usage, or unsafe conditions in the photos.
