How do I report an issue from Procore's mobile app?

If you discover an issue within Procore's mobile app, please send a report directly from your mobile device so that we can investigate and escalate the issue. To report an issue with Procore's Android or iOS app, see the instructions below.

Report an issue from an iOS Mobile Device

  1. Open the Procore app using an iOS mobile device.
  2. Tap the Settings icons-settings-gear.png icon in the Procore toolbar.
  3. Under 'Support and Feedback', tap Report Issue.
  4. Enter information about the issue or add a comment into the body of the email.
  5. Tap Send.

Report an issue from an Android Mobile Device

  1. Open the Procore app using an Android mobile device.
  2. Tap the Settings icons-settings-gear.png icon in the Procore toolbar. 
  3. Under 'Support and Feedback,' tap Report Issue.
  4. Enter information about the issue or add a comment into the body of the email.
  5. Tap Send.
