What is the Date Notified field in my Defect List?

Procore displays the 'Date Notified’ for defect list items on the list page. ‘Date Notified’ corresponds to the date that a user clicked ‘Send Mine’ or ‘Send All’, triggering an email notification to the assignee. This feature makes it clear when an assignee was notified of a defect item that requires their attention.

Please Note: We cannot backfill historic 'Date Notified’ data. The ‘Date Notified’ field will only have a value if the defect item notification was sent after 15/12/2016. The 'Date Notified' field will be blank for defect items that had notifications sent prior to this date.
