Why are the weather conditions not showing on my Site Diary weather register?

Answer

The following scenarios are reasons why weather may not be populating in the Project level Site Diary tool:

• A temporary network status issue by the third-party weather service provider. For details, see Why isn't my project weather working?
• The project's location has not been set by entering geographic coordinate system (GPS) coordinates for the project's address. A Project Administrator can enter coordinates in the 'Latitude' and 'Longitude' fields in the Project level Admin tool. See Update General Project Information.
