Objective

To scan a Quick Response (QR) code for a correspondence item from your iOS mobile device.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • Access to the correspondence item. See View a Correspondence Item (iOS).

Prerequisites

• Generate a QR Code for a Correspondence Item

Steps

1. Open the camera app on your iOS mobile device.
2. Point the camera at the QR code.
3. Tap the link that appears on the screen to view the correspondence item in the Procore iOS app.
