Procore Sync: End of Support for the Procore Sync Application

Procore Sync Deprecation

The Procore Sync application will be discontinued on 30th September 2022, after which you will no longer be able to use this application. Procore will continue to support the application until that date.

Document syncing is a very complex business and our customers' needs around document syncing are continually evolving. Because there are a large number of very good free and low-cost solutions available today on the Procore App Marketplace that are 100% focused on document syncing, Procore has chosen to focus on delivering best-in-class solutions that meet the needs of our customers globally.

For customers interested in a comparable solution, we recommend visiting the Procore App Marketplace where there are a number of very good free and low-cost solutions available. In addition to the nearly two dozen solutions that integrate with Procore, integrations such as ODrive, Egnyte, Cloudsfer, SyncEZY, SkySync, 360 Sync with Windows, and others can help you to save files directly into Procore, connect another storage provider to the Procore Documents tool and unlock features like sharing links to people outside of the Procore Directory.

How long will I be able to use Procore Sync?

You will still be able to use and receive support for Procore Sync application until 30th September 2022.  After this date, the application will no longer be available.

Does Procore recommend any particular syncing solution?

Procore has partnered with ODrive, which offers a freemium solution very similar to Procore Sync.

What about Procore Drive?

Procore Drive will continue to be supported and available to all customers. We have no intention of sunsetting this product at this time.
