Advanced Option for Detecting Revisions After Underscores in Drawing Numbers

Procore has updated an advanced option in the Upload Drawings modal to allow revisions to be pulled from drawing numbers with underscores (_). See Upload Drawing Revisions. The 'Contains Revision' checkbox has been changed to a 'Drawing No. Contains Revision' drop-down menu, where you can now select if drawing numbers contain revisions or not, and if the revisions are after the last decimal or the last underscore.

Note: As part of this update, the 'Drawing Revision' field under Advanced Options was renamed to 'Default Revision'

New! retention release on subcontractor progress claims with the Acumatica Cloud ERP Connector

Users can now release retention on subcontract progress claims in Procore and export the released retention to Acumatica Cloud ERP. This feature will be automatically enabled on all integrated projects. To learn more about this feature, see Send Subcontractor Progress Claims to ERP Integrations for Accounting Acceptance.

New! Head Contracts and Head Contract Change order (PCCO) syncing with the Acumatica Cloud ERP Connector

Users can now sync their Head Contracts to Acumatica Cloud ERP as a single, summarised line item in the Revenue Budget tab. Head Contract syncing is automatic and requires no action to initiate once a contract has been created and approved in Procore. Users can also sync PCCOs from Procore to Acumatica Cloud ERP. To enable PCCO syncing on an integrated project, please contact your Acumatica Cloud ERP channel partner and request that they upgrade you to the latest Procore Customization Package.
