How is the submit site diaries insight calculated?
Answer
This insight displays two metrics. The first metric uses a line graph to show any gaps between the day of the project and when the site diary was submitted for that day. This is calculated by averaging the difference between the actual project day and the day the site diary was completed.
The insight also displays a calendar view of the current week’s site diary completion history. The calendar section looks at whether a site diary was completed for that day or not for the current week. A 'checkmark' means the site diary for this day was marked complete. A 'dash' means there is at least one site diary entry for that day, but the day was not marked complete. A 'slash' within a circle means there were no daily long entries completed for that day.
The 'Best Practice' recommendation is a data-driven suggestion based on statistical models identifying actions that reduce project risk.
Note: Weather, photos, and timecard entries are excluded from these site diary metrics.
