Edit a Distribution Group in the Company Directory
Objective
To edit an existing distribution group in the Company level Directory.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Directory tool.
Steps
- Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.
- Click Distribution Groups.
- Click Edit next to the distribution group you want to edit.
- Modify the distribution group as needed:
- Name.
- Description.
- Add a User to [Distribution Group Name]. Add any members to the distribution group by searching for their name or company and selecting their name from the list.
Note: You can also remove distribution group members by clicking the RED 'X' icon on their row in the 'Members' table.
- Click Update.
