Edit a Distribution Group in the Company Directory


To edit an existing distribution group in the Company level Directory. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Directory tool.


  1. Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.
  2. Click Distribution Groups.
  3. Click Edit next to the distribution group you want to edit.
  4. Modify the distribution group as needed:
    • Name
    • Description
    • Add a User to [Distribution Group Name]. Add any members to the distribution group by searching for their name or company and selecting their name from the list.
      Note: You can also remove distribution group members by clicking the RED 'X' icon on their row in the 'Members' table. 
  5. Click Update.
