Reactivate a Company in the Company Directory

Objective

To reactivate a company record in the Company level Directory tool. 

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permissions on the Company level Directory tool with the 'Create and Edit Companies' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.
    OR
  • 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Directory tool.
• Prerequisite:
  • The company must be inactive. See Deactivate a Company in the Company Directory.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.
2. Click Inactive Companies.
3. Locate the company you want to reactivate and click Reactivate at the end of its row.
   The reactivated company can be found in the Company level Directory and any Project level Directory that it was added to before being inactivated.
