View Inactive Projects in the Company Portfolio


To view a list of inactive projects in your company's Portfolio tool.


The status for each project in your company's Procore account can be set to Active or Inactive. The default view of the company's Portfolio tool lists all 'Active' projects your user account has access to. Follow the steps below to change the Portfolio view to only show 'Inactive' projects your user account has access to.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • To view all active and inactive projects:
      • 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Directory tool.
    • To view active and inactive projects you have been added to:
      • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the company's Portfolio tool.


  1. Navigate to the company's Portfolio tool.
    This reveals a list of active projects in the Projects view. 
  2. Select Status in the Add Filter drop-down menu. 


  3. In the secondary drop-down list that appears, select Inactive.


    The system reveals the inactive projects in your company's Procore account.
