View Activity about a Project in Workforce Planning

Objective

To view activity related to a specific project in Workforce Planning.

Background

In Workforce Planning, you can manage information about your projects, such as general information, attachments, categories, workforce requests, notes, roles, tags and wage overrides. You can view a history of all of these activities for an individual project on its Details page of the Project List.

Note: To see a summary of this information across your all your projects, View the Activity Dashboard.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Workforce Planning tool and 'Admin' level permissions within the Workforce Planning tool. See Create Permissions Templates for Workforce Planning.
      OR
      'Read Only' permissions or higher on the Workforce Planning tool with the 'View Projects' and 'View Project Activity' granular permissions within the Workforce Planning tool. See Create Permissions Templates for Workforce Planning.
      • To see activity related to Attachments, you also need the 'View Project Attachments' granular permission.
      • To see activity related to Workforce Requests, you also need the 'View Requests' granular permission.
      • To see activity related to Notes, you also need the 'View Project Notes' granular permission.
      • To see activity related to Roles, you also need the 'View Project Roles' granular permission.
      • To see activity related to Tags, you also need the 'View Project Tags' granular permission.
      • To see activity related to Wage Overrides, you also need the 'View Project Wage Overrides' granular permission.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Workforce Planning tool.
  2. Click Project and select Projects List.
  3. Locate the project to view activity. Then click the project's name.
  4. Locate the 'Activity' section and select the tab for the information you want to see:
