Retrieve an Action Plan from the Recycle Bin

Objective 

To retrieve an action plan from the Recycle Bin in the project's Action Plans tool.

Background 

After you delete an Action Plan, Procore removes the Action Plan from the List page and archives it in the tool's Recycle Bin. See What is Procore's Recycle Bin? 

Things to Consider 

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' permissions on the project's Action Plans tool.
  • Prerequisites:

Steps 

  1. Navigate to the project's Action Plans tool.
  2. Click the Recycle Bin view.
  3. On the desired Action Plan click Retrieve.
  4. In the 'Retrieve Action Plan?' window click Retrieve to confirm you want to retrieve the Action Plan.
    Note: The retrieved Action Plan will immediately be available on the List page.
