Export a Tender Package's Tender List

Objective

To export a tender package's tender list to a PDF or CSV.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Tendering tool.
      OR
    • You created the tender package.
      OR
    • You are a user cc'd on the tender package.
      OR
    • You are the Tender Package Manager.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Tendering tool.
  2. Open the tender package. 
  3. Click the Tenderers tab.
    Note: If your project has been updated to Tender Management Enhanced Experience, click the Tendering tab. 
  4. Click the Export menu and select PDF or CSV.
