Below are the notable changes to the project's Meetings tool in 2020.

Additional Fields Available for Custom Reports on the Meetings Tool (18/09/2020) 

When creating a custom report on Meetings in the Project or Company level Reports tool, you can now report on the following fields: Attachments, Meeting Template, Number Invited, Number Attended, Absent Attendees, Invited, Meeting ID, Assignment and Meeting #.

GoToMeeting Integration (18/5/2020)

To better facilitate remote video conferencing calls with attendees, Procore has created a GoToMeeting Integration. Visit the Procore App Marketplace for details.

Video Conference Link Field for Meetings Now Carries Over to Your Calendar (20/4/2020)

When you add a meeting to your personal calendar (using the automatic add or .ics file download), the 'Video Conferencing Link' field is now also added to the calendar item. If a location exists in the Meeting Location field, the location link is shown next to the video link and separated by a comma. Microsoft® Teams Integration (10/4/2020)

To better facilitate remote video conferencing calls with attendees, Procore has created a Microsoft Teams Integration. Visit the Procore App Marketplace for details.

Zoom Integration (24/3/2020)

To better facilitate remote video conferencing calls with attendees, Procore has created a Zoom Integration. Visit the Procore App Marketplace for details.

Meeting Field Changed from "Zoom Link" to "Video Conferencing Link" (24/3/2020)

Note: The full URL of the virtual meeting link (starting with https://) must be included in order for it to display as a hyperlink.

Ability to Add Zoom Link to Meetings (20/3/2020)

To better facilitate remote video conferencing calls with attendees, a 'Zoom Link' field has been added to the project's Meetings tool where you can enter a link to a Zoom® meeting. See Create a Meeting. The video conferencing link will also appear in the 'Distribute Agenda' email notification and on the meeting PDF.
