View the Change History of a Meeting
Objective
To view the change history of a meeting in the project's Meetings tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Meetings tool.
Steps
- Navigate to the project's Meetings tool.
- Locate the desired meeting in the list. Click Edit.
- Click the Change History tab.
Note: If you are viewing the change history for a follow-up meeting, the change history will include changes from the source meeting. See Create a Follow-Up Meeting.- Date. The date and time the change was made.
- Action By. The user who performed the change.
- Changed. Details the change that was made.
- From. Depending on the change made, this field shows different information. For example, if the status was changed from Open to Closed, this field would show Open.
- To. Depending on the change made, this field shows different information. For example, if the status was changed from Open to Closed, this field would show Closed.
