Modernised Observations Experience (25/03/2025)
The Observations Tool user interface has been modernised to provide a more seamless, user-friendly experience. The modernised experience is also available when creating Observations from Incident Actions, Inspection Items, and Co-ordination Issues. There is no change to functionality.
