Overview

Fletcher Industrial Development uses Procore as its project management platform for all Industrial Development projects. Procore is a web-based SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for which Fletcher Living has a paid subscription. 

Every Fletcher Industrial Development project will be established in Procore for use by all Project Stakeholders including Fletcher Industrial Development, Contractors, third-party Contractors, Contractors and Suppliers – Access to Procore for all parties will be provided in Fletcher Living’s account, at Fletcher Industrial Development’s cost. 

Procore Use

Fletcher Industrial Development will administer the Project Account in Procore. The Contractor is required to conduct relevant functions in Fletcher Living’s Project Account as detailed in this document. For the avoidance of doubt, the Contractor’s Representatives (employees / management staff) will be assigned user access to the Project, however the system is not configured for use by Contractor’s Sub-Contractors.

Procore can be used on both Web and Mobile Applications. The Fletcher Industrial Development Team will setup each Contractor Company in Procore, create User Profiles and invite each User into the system. It is the responsibility of each User to create their own password upon invitation link being emailed.

Fletcher Industrial Development has adopted a specific structure for project definition in Procore - please refer to Annexure 1 - Fletcher Procore Project Framework for further details.

Project Tool Permissions

The Contractor and its Users will be assigned a Project Permission Template, as summarised below. For granular permissions, please contact the Fletcher Industrial Development Procore Administrator for the project.
