Objective

To subscribe to page notifications.

Background

As a Training Center Editor, you can subscribe to page notifications and receive an email each time an edit is saved. Each notification email for changes to a page you are subscribed to will include the following:

  • Page title and site name in the email subject
  • Link to page
  • Date, time, and username for the change
  • Details about the change, including any Summary comments and highlighted content changes
  • Links to View page, Edit page, View complete diff, and View page history
  • Link to Manage your page subscription notifications

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Training Center page you want to receive page notifications for.  
  2. Click the + Page Settings to expand the drop-down. 
  3. Click the bell icon to subscribe to page notifications for this page.

  4. Click one of the following options:

  • This page only: Turns on notifications for this specific page.
  • This page and all subpages: Turns on notifications for the page you are on as well as any child pages associated with it.
    Typically useful if you are on '/tc/companyname' to subscribe to any changes within your entire Training Center. 
  • Turn OFF notifications for this page: Turns off receiving notifications for the page you subscribed to.

Your selection is saved automatically.
