Can I create a report to see overdue change orders?

Answer

Yes. Delayed Commitment Change Orders (CCOs) or Head Contract Change Orders (PCCOs) can increase project costs and cause program setbacks. Procore helps you monitor these items by providing specific Canned Financials Reports for overdue change orders.

To view these reports, you must have 'Admin' level permissions on these project tools:

  • The 360 Reporting tool.
  • The Commitments tool (for the Overdue Commitment Change Orders report) or the Head Contracts tool (for the Overdue Head Contract Change Orders report).

How to Run the Report

  1. Navigate to the project's 360 Reporting tool.
  2. Click the Reports tab.
  3. In the Canned Financial Reports section, click View All.
  4. Click Overdue Commitment Change Orders or Overdue Head Contract Change Orders to run the desired report.
