What are the default statuses for Daywork Sheets?
Answer
Each status represents an action taken on a Daywork Sheet. This helps users to understand which actions still need to be completed prior to submitting it to your customer for their field verification signature.
Status | Description | More Information |
---|---|---|
In Progress | The Daywork Sheet has been created but has NOT been signed by the company or customer signee. | The sheet has been created and a user is preparing the sheet for signature. |
Ready for Review | The Daywork Sheet has been signed and approved by the designated 'Company Signee'. | A company signee is a person with signature authority for the company performing the work requested in the sheet. |
Field Verified | The Daywork Sheet has been signed and approved by the designated 'Customer Signee'. | A customer signee is a person with signature authority for the entity that requested the labour, materials or equipment being requested in the Daywork Sheet. |
Closed | The Daywork Sheet has been closed. | The sheet can no longer be edited. Typically, this status is applied to the Daywork Sheet after it has been added to a change event or a variation. To make changes, you'll need to re-open the sheet. |
