What is a site diary?
In construction management, the site diary is a daily record of significant occurrences, incidents and progress made on a worksite. It is also used to track weather and working hours.
Common Uses
- Gives the owner insight into the project.
- Admissible in court as documentary evidence.
- Incredibly important to maintain and write as much detail as possible.

- Site Manager maintains registers. Owners are often interested in reviewing daily registers.
