When does the 'Signature Required' column in the Change Orders tool display the signer's name?
Background
When users link their DocuSign® account to a Procore project and send a change order for signature, the 'Signature Required' column in the Commitments or Head Contracts tab shows the name of the person who needs to sign.
Answer
In the Change Orders tool, the 'Signature Required' column in the Commitments or Head Contracts tab shows the name of the person whose signature is required. This name appears after a change order is sent for signature (see Complete a Commitment Change Order Contract with DocuSign® or Complete a Head Contract Change Order with DocuSign®). While the signature is pending, the required signer's name is visible. Once the document is signed, the name disappears from the column to indicate no signatures are required.
