Who receives a notification when an item is rejected from ERP?

Background

Different users may receive email notifications regarding an item rejected from the ERP tool. Notifications vary depending on the type of item that is rejected.

Answer

Notifications for items rejected from ERP are sent according to the table below. Please note that the ability to send an item to ERP is dependent on the type of ERP integration your company has enabled (for example, Sage 300 CRE®, QuickBooks® Desktop or Xero™). Your company's ERP integration may not support syncing of all listed items. If syncing for a type of item is not supported by your ERP integration, you will not have the option to send it to the ERP tool for accounting acceptance.

Item Rejected from ERP Recipient(s) of Notification

Job

The user who sent the Job to ERP receives a notification.

Sub Job

The user who sent the Sub Job to ERP receives a notification.

Budget

The user who sent the Budget to ERP receives a notification.

Commitment

The user who created the Commitment receives a notification.

CV

The user who created the CV receives a notification.

HCV

The user who created the HCV receives a notification.

Company/Vendor

The user who sent the Company/Vendor bto ERP receives a notification.

Subcontractor Progress Claim
