Why is the Signed Contract Received Date field disabled when DocuSign is checked?

Answer

The field for Signed Contract Received Date for Purchase Orders and Subcontracts will be disabled if DocuSign is enabled for those contracts (see How do I enable the DocuSign Integration?). On the Show page for the Contract (no longer in edit mode) you will see one of the following in the Signed Contract Received Date field.

  • The field will display "Signature Required" if the Sign with DocuSign button was clicked or if the contract has a status of Pending.
  • The field will display the status of "Pending" if the contract still requires signatures. The View link will take you to the PDF of the document in DocuSign.
  • The field will display date the last signature was received if all signatures were received and the contract is completed. The View link will take you the PDF of the document in DocuSign.
