Perform an Action Plan (iOS)

Objective 

To perform an action plan on an iOS mobile device.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Action Plans tool.
      OR
    • 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permissions with additional granular permissions. See Permissions.
  • Limitations:
    • The action plan cannot be performed while it is in 'Edit' mode.
    • Mobile iOS users cannot currently see if Meetings are requested as records.
    • To see references and to add requested records, users must have permissions to view the item(s) in the respective tool(s).
    • An item's due date can be modified or removed by a user with 'Admin' level permissions to the Action Plans tool while performing the action plan 

Steps 

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
  2. Tap the project's Action Plans tool.
  3. Tap the action plan you want to perform.
    Note: Action plans that are in 'Edit' mode have 'Awaiting Changes' banners in the action plans list view.
  4. Review the general information, sections and items.
    Note: Some sections and items may be unavailable to complete if one or more other items were added with 'Blocking Functionality'. See What is 'Blocking Functionality' in an action plan?
  5. Tap an item to review its information and requirements.
  6. Set the status for individual items (Open, In Progress, Delayed, Closed).
    Note: Items marked as 'Closed' update the progress bar in the 'General Information' section.
  7. Under 'References', tap link(s) to view the references for the item.
  8. Under 'Records', add requested records.
  9. Under 'Assignees', sign completed action plan items.
