Export Company Cost Codes

Objective

To export a copy of your company's cost codes as a CSV file from the Company level Admin tool.

Background

You can export a list of your Company level cost codes using the Steps below.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Admin tool.
  • Limitations:
    • The exported CSV file cannot be used with Procore's cost code import process.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.
  2. Under 'Company Settings', click Cost Codes.
  3. Click Export and click CSV.
    The CSV file is downloaded to your computer.
