View Merge Company History

Objective

To view the history of merging companies in your company's Directory.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions
  • Merge History is only visible if companies have been merged in your company's Directory.
  • The 'Created by' column is the user who created the merge.
  • The 'Updated by' column is a user who retried or cancelled a merge.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.
  2. Click the Configure Settings icons-settings-gear.png icon.
  3. Click Show Merge History.
