View Company Details in the Company Level Directory Tool

Objective

To view details for a company in the Company level Directory tool.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.
  2. Click the Companies tab.
  3. Click View next to the company you want to view.
     Tip
    Click Edit at the top of the company's details page to switch from viewing the company to editing the company. See Edit a Company in the Company Directory.
    Note: This button is only shown to users with the appropriate permissions to edit companies in the Company level Directory tool.
  4. Click the General tab to view the following information about the company as entered in Procore:
    • The first section in this tab includes the following information:
      • Logo
      • Name
      • Country
      • Trade
    • The About section in this tab includes the following information:
      • Doing Business As
      • Abbreviated Name
      • Website
      • Email Address
      • Phone Number
      • Fax Number
      • Tags/Keywords
    • The Procore Construction Network Profile Information:
      Note: Information included in this section is maintained by the business listed on the Procore Construction Network. Click View Public Profile to see their full profile.
      • Legal Company Name
      • Doing Business As
      • Company Type
      • Construction Sector
      • Provided Services
    • The Contacts section in this tab includes the following information:
      • Primary Contact
      • Contract Signer
      • Progress Claim Contacts
      • Tender Contacts
    • The Classifications section in this tab includes the following information:
      • Labour Type
      • Labour Union Name
      • Cost Codes
      • Business Classifications
    • The Documents section in this tab includes any attachments added to the company's record.
    • The Comments section in this tab includes any comments added to the company's record.
  5. Click the Users tab to view a list of users who have been added to this company.
    • This tab includes the following information about each user:
      • Name
      • Job Title
      • Location
      • Email Address
      • Phone Number
  6. Click the Projects & Tenders tab to view lists of projects and tenders the company has been added to.
    Note: The Projects list only includes projects that both you and the company have been added to.
    • The Projects list includes the following information about each project:
      • Name
      • Start Date
      • Completion Date
      • Location
      • Type
      • Stage
    • The Tenders list includes the following information about each tender:
      • Project Name
      • Tender Package Title
      • Intent to Tender
      • Submission Status
  7. Click the Compliance tab to view the insurance, licence and business information for the company.
    • The Insurance section in this tab includes the following information for each insurance record:
      • Type
      • Status
      • Exempt
      • Information Received
      • Policy Number
      • Limit Amount
      • Effective Date
      • Expiration Date
      • Send Expiration Notification?
      • Attachments
      • Notes
    • The Licence Information section includes the following information:
      • Licence Numbers
    • The Business Information section in this tab includes the following information:
      • Business Type
      • Entity Number
  8. Click the Change History tab to view a list of changes made to the company's record.
    Note: This tab is only visible to users with 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Directory tool or users with 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permissions on the Company level Directory tool with the 'Create and Edit Companies' granular permission enabled on their company permissions template.
