Enable Project Level Workflow Templates

Objective

To view, create, or edit custom workflow templates for items in a project-level tool. 

Background

To create or edit custom workflow templates for items in a project-level tool, use these steps. Procore saves these templates at the project level, making them distinct from your company-level workflow templates.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • To view, create, or edit a project-level workflow, you must have 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Workflows tool. 
  • Additional Information:
    •  Project-level workflows are only available in Procore Project tools. 

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Workflows tool. 
  2. Click the Configure Settings icons-settings-gear.png icon.
  3. Under Feature Enablement, select a supported tool from the Tool list. 
     Note

    Project-level workflow features are available on Procore's Project tools. They are not available with company-level tools. For a list of available tools, see Which Procore tools support Workflows?

  4. Move the Allow Project Level Templates Features to the ON position. 
    A success banner appears when the features are enabled for the project tool.
