Add a Comment to a Change Event
Objective
To view existing or add new comments to a Change Event.
Things to Consider

Required User Permissions:

To add a comment to a Change Event, ‘Standard’ or ‘Admin’ level permissions on the project's Change Events tool.

To view existing comments for a Change Event, ‘Read Only’ level permissions or higher on the project’s Change Events tool.

NOTE: Comments must be enabled from the Advanced Settings tab of the Change Event.
Prerequisites
- Create a Change Event
- Enable Change Event Comments in Advanced Settings
Steps
- Navigate to the project's Change Events tool.
- Open the change event that you want to add the comment to.
- Click the Comments tab.
Note: any existing comments are shown.

- Add information to the text field and attach files as needed.
- Click Send.
A GREEN banner indicates the action is complete.
