Added A 'Draft Variation' Column To CSV Export (2/12/2016)
Added a 'Draft Variation' column to the CSV export of the Commitment Summary and Recycled pages. This column was already included in the Committed Summary table and the PDF export. The issue reported here in the sheet was fixed separately on production.
Now Showing PV and VR Descriptions In Variations PDF (24/8/2016)
Updated the Variations tool so that when users group multiple Potential Variations (PVs) or Variation Requests (VRs) in a Head Contract Variation (HCV), the PV and VR Descriptions included in the PDF export file.
Variation Reconciliation Report Deactivated When Change Events Is Enabled (10/8/2016)
Updated the Change Events tool and Reports tools. Now, when the Change Events tool is enabled as a active tab on a project, the system deactivates the Variation Reconciliation Report in the 'Financial Reports' section of the Project Reports page.
Removed Void Checkbox From PVs (10/8/2016)
Updated the Variations tool and Commitments tool to remove the 'Void' checkbox from the Variation PV and Commitments PV forms. There is now a 'Void' selection in the 'Status' drop-down list for variations so the checkbox is no longer be needed.
Changed Numbering Behaviour Of Variations Tool (2/8/2016)
Updated the Variations tool to address a numbering behaviour when creating variations. Users will now able to create variations numbers out of sequence as requested.
Updated Variations Tool With New Status And Filters (18/4/2016)
Updated the Variations tool to add a Void status and multi-select filters on the top left side of the Head Contract Variation register page. The new filters allow users to create customised logs and reports based on Status, Executed, Change Reason and Change Type.
