View Permission Groups for the Document Management Tool
Objective
To view existing permission groups in the Document Management tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Admin' level permissions to the project's Document Management tool.
Steps
- Navigate to the project's Document Management tool.
- Click the Configure Settings icon.
- Existing permission groups are shown In the 'Permission Groups' section of the Permissions tab.
Note: Permission groups are organised by group name and the number of team members assigned to a permission group.- To search for a specific permission group, enter a term in the search bar.
Matching groups are automatically shown. To clear the search and show all permission groups, click the x in the search bar. - To adjust how permission groups are sorted, clicking the Group Name or Team Members headers.
- To search for a specific permission group, enter a term in the search bar.
- To view details for an individual permission group, click on the name of a permission group.
- Click the People tab to view the individuals who are assigned to the permission group.
- Click the Permissions tab to view the upload and document permissions that are set.
- When you are done viewing the permission group, click Close.
