Restore an Archived Email
To restore an archived message in the project's Emails tool.
If you have archived an email message in the project's Emails tool, you can use the steps below to restore it. When restored, the system returns the message to the Emails - Inbox page.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Emails tool.
- A message must exist in the archive. See Archive a Message in the Emails Tool.
- Navigate to the project's Emails tool.
- Click the Archive view.
- Click the message you want to restore.
- Click Return to Inbox.
The system immediately sends the selected message to the Emails - Inbox page.
