Added Ability to Delete and Retrieve Equipment Entries (7/12/19)

Added the ability to delete equipment entries and retrieve deleted equipment entries from the Recycle Bin. 

Added Ability to Edit and Delete the Removal Date (6/6/2019)

Added the ability to edit and delete the Removal Date from an equipment entry.
