Does the master program update when I make a change to a Lookahead program?

No. Although a lookahead program reads from the program tasks on the master program, nothing done in lookaheads edits the master program. Users have the ability to add, remove and create subtasks on a lookahead program, but these changes will not be reflected on the master program.
