Below are the notable changes to the Project level Timesheets tool in 2020.
Added Sub Job Field to Add Quantities Window (17/11/2020)
Procore has added a new 'Sub Job' field to the Project level Timesheets tool to show the name of the sub job that is associated with the quantity being entered. If the Sub Jobs feature is enabled on your project (see Enable Sub Jobs), the 'Sub Job' associated with your 'Units Installed' entry will appear in the Add Quantities window. If Sub Jobs is disabled, the 'Sub Job' field will display the word 'None.' This new field appears in the Procore for Web and Procore for Mobile (Android and iOS). For details, see Add Quantities to a Timesheet, Add Quantities to a Timesheet (Android), and Add Quantities to a Timesheet (iOS).
Added a Date Column to Individual Time Entries (5/11/2020)
Procore has added a 'Date' column to the 'Individual Entries' section of the Project Level Timesheets tool.
Approve Individual Time Entries (2/11/2020)
Users can now approve time entries that appear in the 'Individual Entries' section of the Project level Timesheets tool. See Approve a Timesheet.
Pagination on Timesheets (17/07/2020)
To reduce page loading times, Procore has added pagination to the Timesheets tool at both the Project and Company levels.
Real-Time Labour Costing with Field Productivity (03/03/2020)
For Field Productivity clients collecting timecard entries in the field, Procore has released an update to help self-performing contractors minimise the risks of budget overrun due to labour costs. The labour costing updates provide project manager's with the ability to eliminate wait time associated with inputting timesheet updates. To learn more, see Project Financials: Real-Time Labour Costing with Field Productivity.
