Export Vendor Information in Portfolio Financials

Objective

To export an XLS file from the Vendors page in Portfolio Financials.

Background

The Vendors page in Portfolio Financials is a database of all vendors that have been added to your organization's account in Procore. You can export your Vendors database to an XLS file to view all vendor data in Microsoft® Excel. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Full Access' to the project or higher. 

Steps

  1. Click the more menu (≡) icon in Portfolio Financials and click Vendors.

  2. Click Download XLS.

    The file begins downloading to your computer.
