Reuse a Page's Contents

Objective

To reuse all or parts of content from a standard Procore tutorial.

Background

The Training Center has a Content Reuse tool to ensure your content receives updates from our standard Procore tutorials. The Content Reuse tool can also be used to your advantage to populate your custom content one time and reuse it as many times as you want. Reuse sections are primarily determined by headings within our standard Procore tutorials.

Things to Consider

It is important to exercise caution in the Content Reuse tool for Procore Support articles containing “Limited Release”, “Coming Soon”, or “In Beta” banners, as the content of these pages is more likely to be changed before the product is fully released. Equally important in this situation is to ensure the content you are reusing is descriptive of the Procore product version your company is currently using.
