Why can't my vendor access the Tender Room in Portfolio Financials?

Answer

Your vendors will only have access to a tender room if they were invited to tender on the project. If you have not done so already, be sure to invite them to tender. See Invite Tenderers to a Tender Room. If your vendor has additional contacts that need to access the tender room, you will need to add them as additional contacts.
